Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026

Overview

System Cypresshub Mining Review Co., Ltd. provides assessment services — not physical products. This policy covers refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for paid engagements.

Deposit Structure

• Comparison Reports and Rig Audits: 40% deposit to confirm bench scheduling; balance due upon report delivery.
• Fleet Benchmark Sessions: Full payment required seven days before the on-site date.

Full Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid if:

• We cancel the engagement due to our unavailability or inability to perform
• We fail to deliver the agreed report or on-site session within 14 days of the quoted deadline without a mutually agreed extension
• You cancel more than 14 days before a scheduled fleet benchmark session

Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may apply when:

• You cancel a fleet benchmark session between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled date (50% of fees paid refunded; 50% retained for scheduling costs)
• A pre-acquisition audit cannot proceed because the seller denies access to hardware (deposit refunded minus ₩150,000 administrative fee)
• A comparison report covers fewer models than quoted because reference units became unavailable (proportional refund for untested models)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

• Deposits for engagements cancelled less than 7 days before a scheduled fleet benchmark session
• Rush delivery fees once bench testing has commenced
• Travel surcharges for on-site visits that were completed
• Work already started: once a 72-hour bench run or on-site testing has begun, the deposit is non-refundable
• Reports already delivered, regardless of whether you agree with the efficiency class assignment (methodology disputes are handled separately — see below)

Cancellation by Client

To cancel, email info@system-cypresshub.click with your engagement reference and reason. Cancellations are effective upon our written confirmation.

Rescheduling

Fleet benchmark sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 7 days before the original date. A second reschedule incurs a ₩120,000 rebooking fee.

No-Shows

If our technicians arrive at your facility and access is denied or the site is unprepared for testing, the full session fee is charged. A single reschedule may be offered at our discretion with a ₩200,000 rebooking fee.

Methodology Disputes

If you disagree with an efficiency class assignment, we offer one complimentary data review within 14 days of report delivery. This is not a refund but a re-examination of bench logs. If a measurement error is confirmed, the report is corrected at no charge. Disagreement with our classification methodology alone does not qualify for a refund.

Materials and Hardware

We do not take possession of client hardware for resale. Any units delivered to our Pyeongtaek bench for testing must be collected within 14 days of report delivery. Storage fees of ₩50,000 per week apply after that period. We are not responsible for hardware left beyond 60 days.

Refund Process

1. Submit a refund request to info@system-cypresshub.click with your name, engagement date, and reason.
2. We acknowledge within 3 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer).
4. You receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Deposits for Work Not Started

If you cancel before bench testing or on-site work begins, and outside the non-refundable windows above, your deposit is refunded in full within 14 business days.

Exceptions

Extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, government-mandated facility closures) are handled case by case. We will offer rescheduling before applying cancellation penalties.
